How great to see so many familiar and new analyst relations (AR) faces! After two years as a virtual event, ARchitect User Forum went hybrid this year. AR pros from across the globe convened in San Francisco and online to discuss the latest AR trends, challenges and opportunities; network; share success stories; and relay how technology, such as ARchitect, is driving productivity.

A big thanks to our talented and inspiring customer speakers: Alteryx’s Gerry Van Zandt, Compucom’s Gene King, IBM’s Dan O’Brien, Oracle’s Kaitlyn Nguyen and Jeff Williams, and Twilio’s Dennis MacNeil

We used the opportunity at User Forum, too, to give an update on ARInsights: including our own successes and areas of development we’re prioritizing to stay ahead of your evolving analyst and influencer relations needs. As we seek to serve you as the leading influencer management platform for B2B companies, we shared existing and upcoming functionality to support that.

And with our ARchitect software and complementary products and services, ARInsights has the privilege of serving hundreds of customers: from one-person AR teams to some of the largest AR programs in the world. Our core, searchable database — updated regularly — now has more than 10,000 analysts and influencers from over 1,600 firms. And Analyst Premium Content, where you can search analyst research, blogs, media quotes and tweets, now contains aggregate research data from more than 30 firms.

Analysts regularly log in to our customers’ Analyst Portals for the latest-and-greatest product information, event details, decks and much more. More than 2,000 analysts from 400+ firms have registered for our customers’ portals. Our recently enhanced Event Manager, now with a Scheduling Assistant tool, has helped AR teams coordinate analyst meetings at massive, global events (and smaller ones too) — giving visibility into who’s booked (and when), and improving “Analyst Day” organization. Customer adoption continues to grow, as analysts and customers both appreciate the benefits of these unique solutions.

Without further ado, here are the presentations from the event — with customers’ Analyst Portal, Premium Content and Event Manager successes; ways to leverage extra, expert hands through ARInsights Services; strategies for tracking analyst perception; and more. We hope you’ll join us next year; we’re already planning for another terrific event!
