Capture
The Smart Web Capture Button for the Google Toolbar makes it easy to
capture and tag articles for inclusion into your ARchitect site. Any web
page can be captured at any time. You don't even need to be logged into
ARchitect at the time.
Here's how it works: Whenever you are browsing on the Internet and discover
an important article or document, simply click the
capture button on the ARchitect Smart Web Capture Toolbar. The
capture button loads the article capture page and pre-fills all of the
available information about the current web page. You can then easily
associate the captured web page with any of ARchitect's analysts, assign
coverages, rate the perception, and more. Specifically:
- Use your mouse to highlight a key section of text
in the web page - that highlighted section of text will be captured
automatically as the summary of the article.
-
The URL is captured, along with the web page's domain as the source.
-
The title the web page is captured as the title of the article.
Search
Simply enter a search term into the Google search box and select the ARchitect Search
button, and ARchitect will search the database for matches. Extremely useful
for looking up analyst names, marketing initiatives, etc.
